Wifi Related Concerns

Included in this email are the ff:


1.) Layout of wifi per floor
2.) Instructions how to do the remote reset.  

Access for these will be given directly to either supervisor or Team Leaders in the meantime.

1.) Login to https://omada.pasig.acehotelandsuites.com/

2.) Click Advanced then proceed to omada.pasig.acehotelandsuites.com
      

3.) Login <Access to be given to TL or Sup> You can request this access from IT if you still dont have it. 

  • ​Front Office Supervisor / TL
  • HK Supervisor / TL
  • Engineering Coordinator

* username and passwords are uppercase and lowercase specific 


4 .) Click Devices On the left side dashboard


5.) Press the reboot button for the specific device on the right side. Device will reset after a few minutes, max of 5 minutes. And status should return to being connected. 



C.) Notes


If the device is disconnected or any other status BEFORE resetting, pls create a ticket for IT to check the device itself. 
Uptime column should update to 0days 0h 0m if reset correctly.
