VIP Terminal

 
Since most of our VIP terminals are experiencing "stuck up" or "hanging". This is probably caused by internal overheating if constantly plugged in. Please include in your daily procedure to TURN OFF the VIP Terminal - UNPLUG whenever operations are closed. 

This is applicable for SPA Pasig and Del Monte, Ace Coffee Lounge Pasig and Delmonte, KTV, and Sky High Bar. 

For the Front office, please make sure to turn off your devices at night or when not in use so that we can prolong the use of the terminal. 

Please note to unplug from the adaptor or outlet (big wire, picture included) not behind/below the terminal itself. 



Please also include and credit card terminals and devices that are being used in your respective departments to prevent any future issues. --
